Yes, they are both open to commissions. All inquiries can be sent to info@wordengallery.com.

Will my piece be framed?

This varies based on the piece. The individual product will include a description as to whether or not it is currently framed or can be framed.

Where do you currently offer shipping to?

We are currently offering shipping within the domestic US. We do not currently offer regular purchases outside the US.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot ship to a PO Box at this time.

How quickly will my original items be shipped out?

Please allow for a two week processing time. Please note prints are printed and shipped from a third party and therefore shipped separately from any originals.

How much is shipping?

Shipping in included in the price for all originals. Since the prints are produced and shipped by a third party, there will be a shipping fee based on weight and location.

Will my piece come ready to hang?

For the most part, yes. All pieces will have a mount ready for handing, however, some of the wood pieces can be hung from various sides depending on your preference so those pieces will come with the mounting hardware you will need to attach yourself (unless otherwise agreed upon prior to shipping).

How is the handling of prints different from original works?

All originals are packed and shipped by the artist. All prints and home goods are printed/made on demand from a third party within the US and shipped out directly from them.

What is the refund policy?

All sales are final.
